Sticking to a Plan

During this interview, Max asks James to discuss the importance of sticking to a plan.  As competition time comes near for the sport of Crossfit, it is more important than ever to stay dedicated to the plan originally set out in order to maximize potential.  It is common among athletes to self sabotage just before it is time to complete the task at hand after everything else was laid out according to the plan.
