This video is the first in a series of content for the membership site. In the “On the Spot” series, over the course of the next couple weeks, without any preparation or time to think, I am going to have a dialogue about my thought process when evaluating, assessing, and programming for an athlete/client in that sport. Right or wrong, I believe its valuable for people to see and think about what goes into designing programs, nutritional prescriptions, and lifestyle modifications. As always, I’m open to discussion and thought this would be an interesting way to give others a chance to evaluate and compare their own thought processes against mine.
